एन्द्र॑ सान॒सिं र॒यिं स॒जित्वा॑नं सदा॒सह॑म् । वर्षि॑ष्ठमू॒तये॑ भर ॥ (१)

हे इंद्र! हमारी रक्षा के लिए ऐसा धन दो जो हमारे भोग के योग्य, शत्रुओं को विजय करने में सहायक तथा शत्रुओं की हार का कारण बने. (१)
