आ सी॑मरोहत्सु॒यमा॒ भव॑न्तीः॒ पति॑श्चिकि॒त्वान्र॑यि॒विद्र॑यी॒णाम् । प्र नील॑पृष्ठो अत॒सस्य॑ धा॒सेस्ता अ॑वासयत्पुरु॒धप्र॑तीकः ॥ (३)

उत्तम संपत्तियों एवं ज्ञानसंपन्न अश्वों के स्वामी अग्नि जिन घोड़ियों पर चढ़ते हैं, उन्हें सुख से वश में किया जा सकता है. नीली पीठ वाले एवं चारों ओर विस्तृत अग्नि ने घोड़ियों को सदा चलने के लिए छोड़ दिया है. (३)

The horses on which Agni, the lord of the best possessions and knowledge-rich horses, climb, can be controlled happily. The blue-backed and wide agni all around has left the mares to walk forever. (3)
