त्रीणि॑ श॒ता त्री स॒हस्रा॑ण्य॒ग्निं त्रिं॒शच्च॑ दे॒वा नव॑ चासपर्यन् । औक्ष॑न्घृ॒तैरस्तृ॑णन्ब॒र्हिर॑स्मा॒ आदिद्धोता॑रं॒ न्य॑सादयन्त ॥ (९)

तीन हजार तीन सौ उनतालीस देवों ने अग्नि की पूजा की, घृतों से सींचा तथा उनके लिए कुश फैलाए. इसके बाद उन देवों ने अग्नि को होता बनाकर बैठाया. (९)

Three thousand three hundred and forty-nine gods worshiped agni, irrigated with arse and spread kush for them. After this, those gods made the agni happen and sat down. (9)
