य॒दा प्रा॒णो अ॒भ्यव॑र्षीद्व॒र्षेण॑ पृथि॒वीं म॒हीम् । प॒शव॒स्तत्प्र मो॑दन्ते॒ महो॒ वै नो॑ भविष्यति ॥ (५)

जिस समय प्राण अर्थात्‌ सूर्य देव, पृथ्वी को वर्षा के जल से सभी ओर गीला कर देते हैं, उस समय गाय आदि पशु प्रसन्न होते हैं कि घास की अधिकता से हमारे लिए उत्सव होगा. (५)

At the time when prana i.e. Sun God wets the earth on all sides with rainwater, at that time cows etc. animals are happy that there will be celebration for us with the excess of grass. (5)
