इ॒मे जी॒वा वि मृ॒तैराव॑वृत्र॒न्नभू॑द्भ॒द्रा दे॒वहू॑तिर्नो अ॒द्य । प्राञ्चो॑ अगाम नृ॒तये॒ हसा॑य सु॒वीरा॑सो वि॒दथ॒मा व॑देम ॥ (२२)

ये प्राणी मृत्यु को दूर करने वाली शक्ति से युक्त हो गए. हम सुंदर वीरों से संपन्न हो कर नृत्य, गान, हास्य में रत हैं. हम यज्ञ की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहते हैं कि देवताओं को आहुति देना कल्याणकारी है. (२२)

These creatures became equipped with the power to remove death. We are endowed with beautiful heroes and are engaged in dance, singing, humor. We praise the yajna and say that sacrificing to the gods is welfare. (22)
