बृ॒हच्च॑ रथंत॒रंचा॑नू॒च्ये॒ आस्तां॑ यज्ञाय॒ज्ञियं॑ च वामदे॒व्यं च॑ तिर॒श्च्ये ॥ (५)

बृहत्‌ और रथंतर उस चौकी के बाजू अर्थात्‌ अगलबगल के फलक या तख्ते थे. यज्ञायज्ञिय और वामदेव्य उस के तिरछे फलक अर्थात्‌ तख्ते थे. (५)

Brihat and Rathantar were the sides of that post, that is, the planks or planks of the agni. Yajnayagya and Vamdevya were his slanted planks. (5)
