जि॒तम॒स्माक॒मुद्भि॑न्नम॒स्माक॑मृ॒तम॒स्माकं॒ तेजो॒ऽस्माकं॒ ब्रह्मा॒स्माकं॒स्वर॒स्माकं॑य॒ज्ञो॒ऽस्माकं॑ प॒शवो॒ऽस्माकं॑ प्र॒जा अ॒स्माकं॑ वी॒राअ॒स्माक॑म् । तस्मा॑द॒मुं निर्भ॑जामो॒ऽमुमा॑मुष्याय॒णम॒मुष्याः॑ पु॒त्रम॒सौ यः । स निर्भू॑त्याः॒ पाशा॒न्मा मो॑चि । तस्येदं वर्च॒स्तेजः॑ प्रा॒णमायु॒र्निवे॑ष्टयामी॒दमे॑नमध॒राञ्चं॑ पादयामि ॥ (७)

शत्रुओं को मार कर लाए हुए तथा जीते हुए सभी पदार्थ हमारे हैं. सत्य, तेज, ब्रह्म, स्वर्ग, पशु, प्रजा तथा सभी वीर हमारे हैं. अमुक गोत्र वाले और अमुक स्त्री के पुत्र को, हम इस लोक से दूर करते हैं. मैं उस के तेज, बल, प्राण और आयु को घेरता हूं. वह बुरी अवस्था के पाशों से न छूट सके. (७)

All the things that kill and conquer enemies are ours. Truth, glory, Brahman, heaven, animals, people and all heroes are ours. We keep away the son of such a tribe and the son of such a woman from this world. I surround his brilliance, strength, soul and age. He could not get rid of the clutches of bad condition. (7)
