इ॒दं पि॒तृभ्यो॒नमो॑ अस्त्व॒द्य ये पूर्वा॑सो॒ ये अप॑रास ई॒युः । ये पार्थि॑वे॒ रज॒स्यानिष॑क्ता॒ ये वा॑ नू॒नं सु॑वृ॒जना॑सु दि॒क्षु ॥ (४६)

जो पितर पहले पितरलोक को प्राप्त हुए थे तथा जो अब वहां गए हैं, जो अभी पृथ्वीलोक में ही हैं तथा जो भिन्नभिन्न दिशाओं में हैं, उन सभी पितरों को नमस्कार है. (४६)
