ताव॑न्तो अस्य महि॒मान॒स्ततो॒ ज्यायां॑श्च॒ पूरु॑षः । पादो॑ऽस्य॒ विश्वा॑ भू॒तानि॑ त्रि॒पाद॑स्या॒मृतं॑ दि॒वि ॥ (३)

जितनी इस नारायण नाम के पुरुष की महिमाएं हैं, ये उन से भी अधिक महान हैं. इस का एकमात्र अर्थात्‌ चौथा अंश सभी प्राणियों में व्याप्त है. इस के तीन चरण अर्थात्‌ मात्र मरण रहित होते हुए स्वर्गलोक में वर्तमान हैं. (३)

As much as the glory of this man named Narayan is, he is even greater than him. The only part of this i.e. the fourth part pervades all beings. The three stages of this, that is, without death, are present in heaven. (3)
