पुरु॑ष ए॒वेदं सर्वं॒ यद्भू॒तं यच्च॑ भा॒व्यम् । उ॒तामृ॑त॒त्वस्ये॑श्व॒रो यद॒न्येनाभ॑वत्स॒ह ॥ (४)

जो अतीत जगत्‌, भविष्य में होने वाला जगत्‌ और यह दृश्यमान जगत्‌ है, वह सब पुरुष ही है. यह पुरुष मरण रहित देवों का भी स्वामी है तथा जो भोग्य अन्न के साथ हुए यह उन का भी ईश्वर है. (४)

The past world, the future world and this visible world are all men. This man is also the swami of the gods without death and he is also the God of those who have been with the food. (4)
