अपे॒यं रात्र्यु॑च्छ॒त्वपो॑च्छन्त्वभि॒कृत्व॑रीः । वी॒रुत्क्षे॑त्रिय॒नाश॒न्यप॑ क्षेत्रि॒यमु॑च्छतु ॥ (२)

यह प्रातःकाल के समीप वाली रात उसी प्रकार हमारे शरीर से व्याधियों को समाप्त करे, जिस प्रकार प्रकाश के कारण अंधकार का विनाश होता है. रोग की शांति करते हुए आदित्य देव आएं. निश्चित ओषधि भी रोग का विनाश करे. (२)
