जहां मंत्र के सामर्थ्य से इंद्र और सोम से संबंधित संयमन कभी विपरीत प्रभाव नहीं डालता. हे क्रियाकलाप! तू अथर्वा महर्षि द्वारा दिया हुआ है, इसलिए तू बाघ आदि दुष्ट प्राणियों का हिंसक बन. (७)
