आ॒तिष्ठ॑न्तं॒ परि॒ विश्वे॑ अभूषं॒ छ्रियं॒ वसा॑नश्चरति॒ स्वरो॑चिः । म॒हत्तद्वृष्णो॒ असु॑रस्य॒ नामा वि॒श्वरू॑पो अ॒मृता॑नि तस्थौ ॥ (३)

सिंहासन पर बैठे हुए राजा की सब लोग सेवा करें. राजा भी सिंहासन पर बैठ कर राज्यलक्ष्मी को धारण करे, तेजस्वी बने तथा प्रजा पालन में तत्पर हो. अभिषेक से उत्पन्न राज्यतेज दसों दिशाओं में फैल जाए. शत्रुओं को दूर भगाने वाले राजा के नाममात्र से शन्रु भयभीत होने लगें. यह राजा शत्रु, मित्र, पत्नी आदि के प्रति विविध प्रकार का व्यवहार करता हुआ दंड, युद्ध, अध्ययन आदि कर्म करे.
