यदूव॑ध्यमु॒दर॑स्याप॒वाति॒ य आ॒मस्य॑ क्र॒विषो॑ ग॒न्धो अस्ति॑ । सु॒कृ॒ता तच्छ॑मि॒तारः॑ कृण्वन्तू॒त मेधं॑ श‍ृत॒पाकं॑ पचन्तु ॥ (१०)

घोड़े के पेट में जो बिना पची हुई घास रह जाती है एवं पकाते समय जो कच्चे मांस का अंश बच रहता है, उसे मांस काटने वाले शुद्ध करें एवं यज्ञ के योग्य मांस देवों के निमित्त पकावें. (१०)

The unshaken grass that remains in the horse's stomach and the raw meat that remains while cooking, should be cleaned by the meat cutters and the meat worthy of yajna should be cooked for the sake of the gods. (10)
