अ॒यं स शि॑ङ्क्ते॒ येन॒ गौर॒भीवृ॑ता॒ मिमा॑ति मा॒युं ध्व॒सना॒वधि॑ श्रि॒ता । सा चि॒त्तिभि॒र्नि हि च॒कार॒ मर्त्यं॑ वि॒द्युद्भव॑न्ती॒ प्रति॑ व॒व्रिमौ॑हत ॥ (२९)

बछड़ा अव्यक्त शब्द करता है, जिसे सुनकर गौ आकर उससे चारों ओर से लिपट जाती है और गायों के चरने वाली धरती पर रंभाती है. गाय पशु होकर भी अपने ज्ञान से मनुष्य को हरा देती है और अत्यंत दुधारू बनकर अपना रूप दिखाती है. (२९)

English

The calf says the latent word, on hearing which the cow comes and wraps it around and rams on the grazing earth of the cows. The cow, even being an animal, defeats man with its knowledge and shows its form by becoming extremely milch. (29)
