त्रिर्नो॑ अश्विना यज॒ता दि॒वेदि॑वे॒ परि॑ त्रि॒धातु॑ पृथि॒वीम॑शायतम् । ति॒स्रो ना॑सत्या रथ्या परा॒वत॑ आ॒त्मेव॒ वातः॒ स्वस॑राणि गच्छतम् ॥ (७)

हे अश्चिनीकुमारो! तुम प्रतिदिन यज्ञ में बुलाने योग्य हो. तुम तीन बार धरती पर आकर वेदी पर तीन परतों के रूप में बिछी हुई कुशाओं पर शयन करो. शरीर में जिस प्रकार प्राणवायु आती है, उसी प्रकार तुम तीन यज्ञस्थानों में आओ. (७)

O aschinikumaro! You deserve to be called to the yagna every day. Come to the earth three times and sleep on the altar in the form of three layers. Just as oxygen comes into the body, so you come to the three yagnasthans. (7)
