महि॑केरव ऊ॒तये॑ प्रि॒यमे॑धा अहूषत । राज॑न्तमध्व॒राणा॑म॒ग्निं शु॒क्रेण॑ शो॒चिषा॑ ॥ (४)

प्रौढ़कर्मा एवं प्रिय यज्ञों से सुशोभित ऋषियों ने अपनी रक्षा के लिए यज्ञ के मध्य शुद्ध प्रकाश द्वारा चमकने वाले अग्नि का आह्वान किया था. (४)
