मन्दि॑ष्ट॒ यदु॒शने॑ का॒व्ये सचा॒ँ इन्द्रो॑ व॒ङ्कू व॑ङ्कु॒तराधि॑ तिष्ठति । उ॒ग्रो य॒यिं निर॒पः स्रोत॑सासृज॒द्वि शुष्ण॑स्य दृंहि॒ता ऐ॑रय॒त्पुरः॑ ॥ (११)

हे इंद्र! जब सुंदर शुक्राचार्य ने तुम्हारी स्तुति की थी, तब तुम वक्रगति वाले दोनों घोड़ों को रथ में जोड़कर उस पर सवार थे. उग्र इंद्र ने चलने वाले बादलों से धारारूप में जल बरसाया था एवं सबको सताने वाले शुष्ण असुर के विस्तृत नगर को नष्ट कर दिया था. (११)

O Indra! When the beautiful Shukracharya praised you, you were riding on it by joining the two horses with a curved motion in the chariot. The furious Indra had poured water from the moving clouds into the form of Dhararup and destroyed the vast city of shushna asuras that tormented everyone. (11)
