के॒तुं कृ॒ण्वन्न॑के॒तवे॒ पेशो॑ मर्या अपे॒शसे॑ । समु॒षद्भि॑रजायथाः ॥ (३)

हे मनुष्यो! यह आश्चर्य देखो कि यह इंद्र रात को बेहोश प्राणियों को प्रातः होश में लाते हुए और रात में अंधकार के कारण रूपहीन पदार्थों को प्रातः रूप प्रदान करते हुए सूर्य रूप में किरणें बिखेरते हैं. (३)

O men! It is surprising to see that this Indra scatters rays in the form of the sun by bringing the unconscious beings to the senses in the morning, and giving form to the substances in the morning which have became formless due to darkness in the night. (3)
