ति॒र॒श्चीनो॒ वित॑तो र॒श्मिरे॑षाम॒धः स्वि॑दा॒सी३दु॒परि॑ स्विदासी३त् । रे॒तो॒धा आ॑सन्महि॒मान॑ आसन्स्व॒धा अ॒वस्ता॒त्प्रय॑तिः प॒रस्ता॑त् ॥ (५)

आकाश आदि की सृष्टि करने वाले परमात्मा के तेज की किरणें क्या तिरछी थीं, नीचे की ओर थीं अथवा ऊपर की ओर थीं? बीजरूप कर्म को धारण करने वाले जीव थे एवं महान्‌ आकाश आदि भोग्य थे. उस समय अन्न निकृष्ट एवं भोक्ता उत्कृष्ट था. (५)
