उ॒रू॒ण॒साव॑सु॒तृपा॑ उदुम्ब॒लौ य॒मस्य॑ दू॒तौ च॑रतो॒ जना॒ँ अनु॑ । ताव॒स्मभ्यं॑ दृ॒शये॒ सूर्या॑य॒ पुन॑र्दाता॒मसु॑म॒द्येह भ॒द्रम् ॥ (१२)

लंबी नाक वाले, दूसरों के प्राणों से तृप्त होने वाले, अत्यंत बली एवं यम के दूत जो दो कुत्ते हैं, वे आज हमें सूर्य का दर्शन करने के लिए यहां कल्याणकारी प्राण दें. (१२)

Those with a long nose, satisfied with the lives of others, the two dogs who are extremely sacrificial and the messengers of Yama, today, give us a welfare life here to see the sun. (12)
