प्रि॒यं श्र॑द्धे॒ दद॑तः प्रि॒यं श्र॑द्धे॒ दिदा॑सतः । प्रि॒यं भो॒जेषु॒ यज्व॑स्वि॒दं म॑ उदि॒तं कृ॑धि ॥ (२)

श्रद्धा के द्वारा अग्नि प्रज्वलित होते हैं एवं हवि अग्नि में डाला जाता है. तुम मुझे अभीष्ट फल दो. तुम मेरे भोगार्थियों एवं यज्ञकर्ताओं को मनचाहा फल दो. (२)
