यत्ते॑ कृ॒ष्णः श॑कु॒न आ॑तु॒तोद॑ पिपी॒लः स॒र्प उ॒त वा॒ श्वाप॑दः । अ॒ग्निष्टद्वि॒श्वाद॑ग॒दं कृ॑णोतु॒ सोम॑श्च॒ यो ब्रा॑ह्म॒णाँ आ॑वि॒वेश॑ ॥ (६)

हे मृत व्यक्ति! तुम्हारे जिस अंग को कोवे ने नोचा है अथवा चींटी, सांप या अन्य किसी पशु ने काटा है, अग्नि उस सबको रोगरहित करें. ब्राह्मणों के शरीर में प्रवेश करने वाले सोम भी तुम्हें निरोग बनावे. (६)

O dead person! Let the agni of your organ which has been cut by the cove or cut by the ant, snake or any other animal, make it all disease-free. May the Som who enters the body of the Brahmins also make you healthy. (6)
