शू॒षेभि॑र्वृ॒धो जु॑षा॒णो अ॒र्कैर्दे॒वाँ अच्छा॑ रघु॒पत्वा॑ जिगाति । म॒न्द्रो होता॒ स जु॒ह्वा॒३॒॑ यजि॑ष्ठः॒ सम्मि॑श्लो अ॒ग्निरा जि॑घर्ति दे॒वान् ॥ (४)

हव्यों से बड़े हुए स्तोत्रों से सेवित अग्नि इंद्रादि देवों से मिलने के लिए तेज चलते हुए जाते हैं. स्तुतियोग्य देवों को बुलाने वाले, यज्ञपात्रों में उत्तम एवं देवों से युक्त अग्नि देवों के प्रति हवि ले जाते हैं. (४)

The agni indradi, served with hymns grown up with hugs, goes briskly to meet the gods. Those who call the praiseworthy gods take the best in the sacrificial pots and the agni containing the gods to the gods. (4)
