इंद्र अपने आनंद के लिए सोमरस निचोड़ने वाले मेधावी यजमान का अन्न भक्षण करें. इस सोमरूपी प्राचीन अन्न में इंद्र बढ़ते हुए निवास करते हैं. इंद्र की स्तुति के इच्छुक ऋत्विज्‌ भी इसी में निवास करते हैं. (१)
