योऽव॑रे वृ॒जने॑ वि॒श्वथा॑ वि॒भुर्म॒हामु॑ र॒ण्वः शव॑सा व॒वक्षि॑थ । स दे॒वो दे॒वान्प्रति॑ पप्रथे पृ॒थु विश्वेदु॒ ता प॑रि॒भूर्ब्रह्म॑ण॒स्पतिः॑ ॥ (११)

सब प्रकार व्याप्त एवं स्तुतियोग्य बृहस्पति अति बलवान्‌ एवं निर्बल दोनों प्रकार के स्तोताओं की रक्षा अपनी शक्ति से करते हैं. वे समस्त देवों के प्रतिनिधि रूप में परम प्रसिद्ध हैं एवं सबके स्वामी हैं. (११)
