त्वां य॒ज्ञेष्वृ॒त्विज॒मग्ने॒ होता॑रमीळते । गो॒पा ऋ॒तस्य॑ दीदिहि॒ स्वे दमे॑ ॥ (२)

हे अग्नि! अध्वर्यु आदि होता एवं ऋत्विज्‌ रूप में तुम्हारी स्तुति अपने यज्ञ में करते हैं, तुम यज्ञ के रक्षक बनकर अपने घर में दीप्त बनो. (२)
