प्र वो॒ वाजा॑ अ॒भिद्य॑वो ह॒विष्म॑न्तो घृ॒ताच्या॑ । दे॒वाञ्जि॑गाति सुम्न॒युः ॥ (१)

हे ऋतुओ! मास, अर्धमास, देव, एवं गौ सब तुम्हारे यज्ञ के लिए समर्थ हैं. सुख की इच्छा करता हुआ यजमान देवों को प्राप्त करता है. (१)
