स वे॑द दे॒व आ॒नमं॑ दे॒वाँ ऋ॑ताय॒ते दमे॑ । दाति॑ प्रि॒याणि॑ चि॒द्वसु॑ ॥ (३)

वे तेजयुक्त अग्नि यजमानों से क्रमशः देवों के प्रति नमस्कार कराना जानते हैं एवं यज्ञशाला में यजमान को प्रिय धन देते हैं. (३)
