वृ॒तेव॒ यन्तं॑ ब॒हुभि॑र्वस॒व्यै॒३॒॑स्त्वे र॒यिं जा॑गृ॒वांसो॒ अनु॑ ग्मन् । रुश॑न्तम॒ग्निं द॑र्श॒तं बृ॒हन्तं॑ व॒पाव॑न्तं वि॒श्वहा॑ दीदि॒वांस॑म् ॥ (३)

हे दीप्तिशाली, दर्शनीय, महान्‌, हव्य के स्वामी, सभी कालों में प्रकाशयुक्त एवं वसुओं के मार्ग से गमन करने वाले अग्नि! धन के अभिलाषी यजमान तुम्हारा अनुगमन करते हैं. (३)
