स॒प॒र्येण्यः॒ स प्रि॒यो वि॒क्ष्व१॒॑ग्निर्होता॑ म॒न्द्रो नि ष॑सादा॒ यजी॑यान् । तं त्वा॑ व॒यं दम॒ आ दी॑दि॒वांस॒मुप॑ ज्ञु॒बाधो॒ नम॑सा सदेम ॥ (६)

पूज्य, प्रिय, प्रजाओं का होम पूर्ण करने वाले, आनंदप्रद एवं अतिशय यज्ञपात्र अग्नि यज्ञवेदी पर बैठते हैं. हे यज्ञशाला में प्रज्वलित अग्नि! हम घुटने झुकाकर स्तोत्र बोलते हुए तुम्हारे पास बैठे. (६)
