द्यावा॑भूमी अदिते॒ त्रासी॑थां नो॒ ये वां॑ ज॒ज्ञुः सु॒जनि॑मान ऋष्वे । मा हेळे॑ भूम॒ वरु॑णस्य वा॒योर्मा मि॒त्रस्य॑ प्रि॒यत॑मस्य नृ॒णाम् ॥ (४)

हे अखंडनीय एवं महती द्यावा-पृथिवी! हम सुंदर जन्म वाले तुम्हें जानते हैं. तुम हमारी रक्षा करो. हम वरुण, वायु एवं मानवों के प्रिय मित्र के क्रोध के पात्र न बनें. (४)
