यस्य॒ त्वमू॒र्ध्वो अ॑ध्व॒राय॒ तिष्ठ॑सि क्ष॒यद्वी॑रः॒ स सा॑धते । सो अर्व॑द्भिः॒ सनि॑ता॒ स वि॑प॒न्युभिः॒ स शूरैः॒ सनि॑ता कृ॒तम् ॥ (१०)

हे अग्नि! जिस यजमान का यज्ञ पूर्ण करने के लिए तुम ऊर्ध्वगति वाले बनते हो, वह निवासयुक्त वीरों का स्वामी बनकर अपना काम पूरा करता है, अश्वों द्वारा प्राप्त विजय को पाता है एवं शूरों व बुद्धिमानों द्वारा सेवित होता है. (१०)

O agni! The host whose yajna you become upwelled to complete the yagna, completes his work by becoming the lord of the dwelling heroes, attains the victory achieved by the horses and is served by the knights and the wise. (10)
