प्र च॑क्रे॒ सह॑सा॒ सहो॑ ब॒भञ्ज॑ म॒न्युमोज॑सा । विश्वे॑ त इन्द्र पृतना॒यवो॑ यहो॒ नि वृ॒क्षा इ॑व येमिरे ॥ (५)

इंद्र ने अपनी शक्ति द्वारा शत्रुओं को वश में किया है एवं अपने ओज से दूसरों का क्रोध समाप्त किया है. हे महान्‌ इंद्र! तुम्हारे सभी शत्रु वृक्ष के समान धराशायी हो गए हैं. (५)
