अ॒भि वो॑ वी॒रमन्ध॑सो॒ मदे॑षु गाय गि॒रा म॒हा विचे॑तसम् । इन्द्रं॒ नाम॒ श्रुत्यं॑ शा॒किनं॒ वचो॒ यथा॑ ॥ (१४)

हे स्तोताओ! तुमसे जिस छंद में संभव हो, उसी में सोम का नशा हो जाने पर वीर, शत्रुओं को हराने वाले, विशिष्ट बुद्धिसंपन्न, सर्वत्र प्रसिद्ध व शक्तिशाली इंद्र की स्तुति महान्‌ वाक्यों द्वारा करो. (१४)

This stotao! In the verse in which you are possible, praise the heroic, the one who defeats enemies, the most intelligent, the all-time famous and powerful Indra, with great sentences when you are intoxicated with Soma. (14)
