इंद्र जिस समय द्युलोक के ऊपर दीप्ति प्राप्त करते हैं, उसी समय लोग प्राचीन एवं जल बरसाने वाले इंद्र की निवासस्थान देने वाली दीप्ति को देखते हैं. (३०)
