तमर्व॑न्तं॒ न सा॑न॒सिं गृ॑णी॒हि वि॑प्र शु॒ष्मिण॑म् । मि॒त्रं न या॑त॒यज्ज॑नम् ॥ (१२)

हे मेधावी स्तोता! तुम घोड़े के समान सेवा करने योग्य, शक्तिशाली एवं मित्र के समान शत्रुनाश करने वाले अग्नि की स्तुति करो. (१२)
