अ॒यं विश्वा॑ अ॒भि श्रियो॒ऽग्निर्दे॒वेषु॑ पत्यते । आ वाजै॒रुप॑ नो गमत् ॥ (९)

जो अग्नि देवों के समीप जाकर मनुष्यों की सभी संपत्तियां प्राप्त करते हैं, वही अग्नि अन्नों के साथ हमारे समीप आवें. (९)

Let the agni that go near the gods and get all the possessions of men, let the agni come to us with the grains. (9)
