आ वं॑सते म॒घवा॑ वी॒रव॒द्यशः॒ समि॑द्धो द्यु॒म्न्याहु॑तः । कु॒विन्नो॑ अस्य सुम॒तिर्नवी॑य॒स्यच्छा॒ वाजे॑भिरा॒गम॑त् ॥ (९)

धन वाले व यशस्वी अग्नि यजमानों को यश देने वाला अन्न प्रदान करते हैं. इन अग्नि की नवीनतम अनुग्रहबुद्धि अन्नों के साथ हमारे पास बहुत बार आवे. (९)
