प॒रो दि॒वा प॒रऽए॒ना पृ॑थि॒व्या प॒रो दे॒वेभि॒रसु॑रै॒र्यदस्ति॑। कꣳस्वि॒द् गर्भं॑ प्रथ॒मं द॑ध्र॒ऽआपो॒ यत्र॑ दे॒वाः स॒मप॑श्यन्त॒ पूर्वे॑ ॥ (२९)

वह परम तत्त्व स्वर्गलोक से परे है. वह परम तत्त्व पृथ्वीलोक व देवताओं से परे है. वह परम तत्त्व असुरों से परे है. जलों ने पहले गर्भ में किसे धारण किया? जहां देवगण पहले उन्हें देखते हैं. (२९)
