आग॑न्म वि॒श्ववे॑दसम॒स्मभ्यं॑ वसु॒वित्त॑मम्। अग्ने॑ सम्राड॒भि द्यु॒म्नम॒भि सह॒ऽआय॑च्छस्व ॥ (३८)

हे अग्नि! आप बुलाने योग्य व सर्वविद्‌ हैं. आप हमारे लिए श्रेष्ठ धन धारण करने व हमारे पास आने की कृपा कीजिए. आप सम्राट्‌ हैं. आप शोभा सहित पधारिए और हमें भी शोभा प्रदान करने की कृपा कीजिए. (३८)
