अ॒स्य त्रि॒तः क्रतु॑ना व॒व्रे अ॒न्तरि॒च्छन्धी॒तिं पि॒तुरेवैः॒ पर॑स्य । स॒च॒स्यमा॑नः पि॒त्रोरु॒पस्थे॑ जा॒मि ब्रु॑वा॒ण आयु॑धानि वेति ॥ (७)

यज्ञ के भाग से बढ़ी हुई शक्ति वाले त्रित ऋषि ने अपने रक्षासाधनों से युक्त होकर, यज्ञ के मध्य में अपना भाग चाहते हुए उत्तम एवं जगतपालक इंद्र को यज्ञ के द्वारा मित्र बनाया. माता-पितारूप द्यावा-पृथिवी के मध्य में वर्तमान यज्ञ में ऋत्विजों सहित त्रित ने इंद्र के अनुकूल स्तोत्र बोलते हुए आयुध प्राप्त किए. The Trita sage, who had increased strength from the part of the yajna, made uttam and jagatpalak Indra a friend through the yajna, who wanted his share in the middle of the yajna, having his protective means. In the present yajna in the middle of the parent-fatherly dyava-prithvivi, the Trita, along with the ritvijs, received the arms while speaking hymns in line with Indra. (7)
