अ॒स्य स्तोमे॑ म॒घोनः॑ स॒ख्ये वृ॒द्धशो॑चिषः । विश्वा॒ यस्मि॑न्तुवि॒ष्वणि॒ सम॒र्ये शुष्म॑माद॒धुः ॥ (३)

हम मित्रता पाने के लिए धन के स्वामी एवं विस्तृत तेज वाले अग्नि की स्तुति करते हैं. बहुशब्दकारी एवं धन के स्वामी अग्नि में ऋत्विज्‌ एवं हव्य स्तोत्रों द्वारा शक्ति का आघात करते हैं. (३)

We praise the lord of wealth and the wide-paced agni for friendship. The masters of multi-wording and wealth strike the power in the agni through the hymns of Rittvis and Havya. (3)
