अद॑ब्धेभि॒स्तव॑ गो॒पाभि॑रिष्टे॒ऽस्माकं॑ पाहि त्रिषधस्थ सू॒रीन् । रक्षा॑ च नो द॒दुषां॒ शर्धो॑ अग्ने॒ वैश्वा॑नर॒ प्र च॑ तारीः॒ स्तवा॑नः ॥ (७)

हे यज्ञपात्र एवं तीनों लोकों में वर्तमान अग्नि! तुम अपने अपराजेय एवं रक्षा करने वाले तेजों द्वारा हम स्तुतिकर्तताओं की रक्षा करो. है वैश्वानर! हम हव्यदाताओं के बल की रक्षा करो तथा स्तुतिकर्त्ताओं को बढ़ाओ. (७)
